The information displayed on this website is intended to create awareness about our activities and enable interested persons to support, participate in or inquire about our programmes.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems;
  • Introduce viruses or other harmful technological material;
  • Copy or commercially exploit the website’s content without permission; or
  • Use the website in a manner that harms the organisation, its beneficiaries, cattle, volunteers, donors or reputation.

We reserve the right to restrict access to the website in cases of suspected misuse.

3. Donations

All donations made through this website are voluntary and will be used towards the charitable objects and activities of GGMS, including cattle welfare, feeding, shelter, medical treatment, infrastructure, social welfare and related administrative requirements.

Unless a donation is expressly accepted for a legally restricted purpose, GGMS may apply it to an activity or requirement where it is most needed, while remaining consistent with the organisation’s charitable objects.

Donors must provide accurate information while making a donation. GGMS will not be responsible for errors arising from incorrect information provided by a donor.

4. Donation Receipts and Tax Benefits

Donation receipts will be issued using the information provided by the donor. Donors should provide their correct name, address, PAN and other required details.

Any income-tax benefit, including deduction under Section 80G of the Income-tax Act, is subject to:

  • The validity and applicability of the organisation’s registration;
  • The nature and mode of the donation;
  • Applicable statutory conditions; and
  • The donor’s eligibility under prevailing law.

A donation receipt does not by itself guarantee a tax deduction. Donors should consult their tax advisers regarding their individual eligibility.

5. Religious and Charitable Seva Programmes

Amounts contributed towards Gaudaan, Annadaan, Gau Seva, Yagya, Japa, Shradh, special-day seva or similar programmes are charitable or religious contributions towards conducting the relevant activity.

Descriptions, photographs or schedules displayed on the website are indicative. Actual arrangements may vary because of weather, cattle requirements, availability of materials, operational circumstances or other factors beyond our control.

Participation in or contribution towards any religious or spiritual activity does not constitute a promise or guarantee of any particular spiritual, personal, financial, medical or other result.

6. Online Payments

Online payments may be processed through third-party banks, payment gateways, UPI platforms or other payment service providers.

GGMS is not responsible for:

  • A payment being declined by a bank or payment provider;
  • Delays caused by banking or payment networks;
  • Incorrect payment details entered by the user; or
  • Temporary failure or unavailability of a third-party payment service.

If money is debited but confirmation is not received, the donor should contact us with the transaction details so that the payment can be verified.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Donations are generally voluntary and non-refundable.

A refund request may be considered in cases such as:

  • Duplicate payment;
  • Incorrect amount entered due to a genuine error;
  • Payment made without the account holder’s authorisation; or
  • A verified technical error.

The request should be submitted within [10] days of the transaction, together with the payment reference and relevant supporting details. Approval of a refund will be at the discretion of GGMS after verification. Any payment-gateway or bank charges may be deducted where applicable.

Separate cancellation or refund conditions may apply to workshops, yoga classes, courses, events or other paid programmes and will be communicated at the time of registration.

8. Workshops, Classes and Events

Registration for yoga classes, calligraphy courses, rangoli workshops or other activities is subject to availability, confirmation and any programme-specific conditions.

GGMS may change the instructor, schedule, venue, format or date of an activity when reasonably necessary. If an activity is cancelled by GGMS, participants will be informed and any applicable adjustment, rescheduling or refund will be handled according to the conditions communicated for that activity.

Participants must disclose any relevant health condition before joining yoga, physical or wellness-related activities and should obtain professional medical advice wherever necessary.

9. Volunteer and Inquiry Forms

Submission of a volunteer, CSR, contact, course or inquiry form does not create an employment, contractual, partnership or agency relationship with GGMS.

Volunteer participation may be subject to availability, verification, organisational requirements and applicable rules. GGMS reserves the right to accept, decline or discontinue a volunteer engagement where reasonably necessary.
