Khadya Daan Yojana – Gauchara
The Khadya Daan Yojana (Gauchara Seva) offers devotees a simple yet deeply meaningful opportunity to directly nourish Gau Mata by contributing towards her daily food requirements. In Sanatan Dharma, feeding a hungry cow is regarded as one of the purest forms of Gau Seva, symbolizing compassion, gratitude, and reverence for all living beings.
Under this scheme, devotees contribute ₹500, which provides one bundle of high-quality Silage (nutritious maize fodder). Donors are given the opportunity to personally offer this fodder to four cows at the Gaushala, creating a heartfelt and memorable experience of serving Gau Mata with their own hands.
Silage is a highly nutritious and balanced feed that helps maintain the cows’ health, improves digestion, strengthens immunity, and provides the essential energy required for their daily well- being. Your contribution directly supports the nutritional needs of rescued, abandoned, aged, and injured cows who depend entirely on the Gaushala for their survival and care. The Khadya Daan Yojana is an ideal way to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, festivals, remembrance days, or any special occasion by performing an act of kindness that benefits countless lives.
Every bundle of fodder offered is a symbol of love, compassion, and gratitude towards Gau Mata, while helping Gomantak Gausevak Mahasangh continue its mission of providing wholesome nutrition to thousands of sheltered cows every day.
